19 Century Home Renovation Phase Three

This renovation involved slight modifications which made a big difference. The old wall sheathing was stained vertical pine boards, the partition wall did not straddle the cross tie beam making for a lopsided feel to the room, and the windows were in terrible condition. The exterior walls got new furring to accept sheetrock and the windows were completely restored maintaining the character of the home. The 1970's style trim was replaced with wider pine boards.
